    Diego Joe Caruso

    DIRECTOR and CO-FOUNDER

    Diego is the co-founder of Flo Traffic Services. With over 15 years’ of experience in the traffic industry, he is passionate about ensuring that your business is adequately serviced focusing on safety and innovation, specifically ensuring cost effectiveness with long lasting business relationships.

    With an extensive understanding of the traffic industry and his commercial legal background, Diego and the team are ready to assist your business.

    Roberto Di Nino

    DIRECTOR and CO-FOUNDER

    Roberto co-founded Flo Traffic Services in 2020 with Diego Caruso and holds an executive role within the company as a director. Roberto has a background in Finance and Accounting and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. Having approximately 10 years of experience in the traffic industry (which includes both internal office roles and field experience), he brings a unique and diverse set of skills to our team.

    Roberto prides himself on his to ability understand client needs, build rapport with stakeholders and identify solutions to exceed client expectations.

  • Bruno Di Nino

    DIRECTOR and CEO

    Bruno joined FLO Traffic Services from the company’s inception in June 2020 as Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director.

    With over 30 years of experience in taxation, management accounting and advising to small businesses, Bruno offered specialty advice to small business accounting and taxation. Bruno is a qualified accountant, a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a Registered Company Auditor with ASIC

    Bruno Joined DW Johns & Co in 1999 and became a partner in 2005. In 2015, Bruno ventured into establishing his own accounting practice (Di Nino & Co Chartered Accountants) whilst maintaining a close relationship with DW Johns & Co. After 10 years of growing his firm to a practice of 3 Chartered Accountants, Bruno rejoined DW Johns & Co on the 1st July 2025 bringing his staff with him. Bruno specialises in areas of taxation compliance and consulting, audit engagements, business planning and development services.

    Prior to joining DW Johns & Co in 1999, Bruno worked in commerce with companies such as Brambles Ltd, AV Jennings Ltd, Santos Ltd and the University of South Australia. In these roles, valuable experience was gained in areas such as taxation, management accounting, cash flow management and profit budgeting and forecasting.

    At FLO Traffic Services, Bruno plays a key role in overseeing the overall direction of the business, ensuring strong governance, financial performance, and continued growth.

    Adam Powell

    GENERAL MANAGER

    Adam started his career in the traffic industry as a traffic controller in 2008. Over the years, he advanced through various roles, gaining deep expertise in traffic management. His journey led him to operational management, where he developed a well-rounded understanding of the industry, with a strong focus on safety and innovation.

    Today, as General Manager at Flo Traffic Services, Adam oversees all aspects of operations, from strategic planning and resource management to ensuring compliance with safety standards. His leadership drives the efficient execution of traffic management strategies, contributing to the successful completion of projects.

    Jesko Berecz

    OPERATIONS MANAGER

    Jesko began his career in traffic management in 2016, steadily progressing from traffic controller to team leader before transitioning into office-based roles. His journey led him to oversee fleet and asset operations across South Australia and Western Australia, where he developed deep expertise in logistics, compliance, and team coordination.

    With a strong foundation in field operations, Jesko also became proficient in designing traffic guidance schemes and plans—applying practical knowledge to ensure safe and efficient traffic management solutions. After earning his Training and Assessment qualification, he introduced company-wide Certificates of Competence, significantly raising internal standards and enhancing workforce capability.

    Jesko’s leadership journey continued as he advanced into senior roles, serving as Operations Manager and later General Manager. In these positions, he focused on streamlining workflows, improving team performance, and driving operational excellence. He is widely respected for the strong, lasting relationships he maintains with clients—built on trust, professionalism, and consistent delivery.

    In 2025, Jesko joined FLO Traffic Services as Fleet & Asset Manager within the Operations Team, bringing his extensive experience and strategic insight to support the company’s continued growth and innovation in traffic management.

    As of 2026, Jesko has been appointed Operations Manager at FLO Traffic Services, where he now leads operational delivery, resource management, and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

    Anthony Carbone

    DIRECTOR and SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

    Anthony has been with FLO Traffic Services since its founding in 2020, bringing over 10 years of experience in the traffic management industry. As a Director, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with the AGTTM. He also plays a key role in improving systems, supporting team performance, and driving the ongoing growth of the business.

    Beyond operations, Anthony plays a pivotal role in developing the business behind the scenes—driving improvements in IT systems, managing social media presence, and supporting strategic growth initiatives that keep FLO Traffic Services at the forefront of the industry.

    Nicholas Bucco

    BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

    Having joined the team at Flo Traffic Services in March 2021, Nicholas is a dynamic professional known for his dedication, integrity, and exceptional leadership skills. With a passion for driving growth and delivering results, he has established himself as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in the construction and sales industries over the last 10 years.

    Throughout his career, Nicholas has consistently demonstrated his ability to identify opportunities, build strong relationships, and exceed expectations.

    Tim Giles

    OPERATIONS AND COMPLIANCE OFFICER

    Tim Giles started in the traffic industry in 2008.

    In that time he has worked on many major projects including The Gallipoli Underpass, NSISP, Coast to Coast Light Rail project, Southern Expressway Duplication project, The T2T project and the Kangaroo Island Desalination project Trunk Main Pipeline.

    In this time Tim has covered many roles in the industry from Operation's and Compliance to team leading and site set up.

    Abdul Elmafti

    PROJECT MANAGER

    Abdul Elmafti joined Flo Traffic Services at the start of 2023 as a traffic controller and quickly demonstrated leadership skills and a keen eye for detail. His dedication and passion for the industry led him to transition into the office, where he started supporting our planning division and became an invaluable member of the team.

    Abdul plays a key role in the daily operations of Flo Traffic. His responsibilities include rostering and managing bookings, preparing permits, designing Traffic Guidance Schemes, and much more. Abdul’s role is crucial in ensuring that each project is planned and executed smoothly, from the initial stages of preparation to final implementation.

    It’s been a pleasure watching Abdul grow in his role, and we’re confident he will continue to play a leadership role in the years to come as Flo Traffic evolves.

    Junior Project Coordinator

    Ricky recently joined Flo Traffic Services as a Junior Project Coordinator, beginning his career in the traffic management industry. With over seven years of experience in customer-facing roles and team-based environments, he brings strong communication skills and attention to detail to his role.

    Ricky is a recent graduate of the University of Adelaide, coming from a STEM background where he developed strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and digital literacy skills.

    In his role, Ricky supports project coordination and daily operations, assisting with planning and communication. He is focused on building his experience and contributing as a reliable member of the Flo Traffic team.

    Emma Marshall

    ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

    Emma began her career in traffic management in 2016 as a traffic controller and quickly rose through the ranks, becoming the Company Manager of a southern-based traffic management firm in 2017. Her hands-on experience in the field, combined with leadership at the company level, has shaped a well-rounded and highly respected career in the industry.

    In 2022, Emma developed a pioneering brokering system for traffic control, strengthening relationships across South Australia and with interstate partners. Her innovative approach and deep industry knowledge have positioned her as a key contributor to traffic management solutions.

    As a natural progression, Emma has joined FLO Traffic Services to support the company’s continued growth. She brings a wealth of operational insight, strategic thinking, and a strong network—making her an invaluable part of the FLO team.

    Sarah Marshall

    TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT DESIGNER

    Sarah’s extensive experience in traffic control showcases her versatility and deep industry knowledge. Beginning her career in 2016 with a prominent Southern-based company, she has since built a robust portfolio through her work with several reputable traffic management firms across South Australia.

    In 2022, Sarah co-founded The Twin Traffic Brokers alongside her twin sister—a pioneering concept in the traffic management industry. This venture combined Sarah’s decade-long, hands-on experience on the road with her sister’s business acumen, resulting in a groundbreaking and successful enterprise that redefined service delivery in the sector.

    Sarah’s career trajectory reflects her unwavering dedication and expertise. Her specialised skills and leadership qualities position her as a standout professional capable of driving operational success and elevating safety standards across projects.

    As of 2025, Sarah has joined FLO Traffic Services as a valued member of the Operations Team, where she continues to contribute her wealth of experience and strategic insight to support the company’s growth and excellence in traffic management.

    ACCOUNTS MANAGER

    Daniel joined Flo in 2026 as Accounts Manager, where he oversees the accounts department and supports the CEO across accounting and financial matters within the organisation.

    Daniel is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Master of Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Commerce. He brings extensive experience across accounting and administration, with a strong background in financial operations, compliance, and business support. Prior to joining Flo, he worked within our CEO’s accounting firm, where he developed a deep understanding of financial management and client service.

    His expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to operational excellence support the organisation’s financial integrity and ongoing growth.

    ACCOUNTS

    Tanè brings a strong background in operations, finance, and administration, having supported privately owned printing businesses in fast paced environments across both production and office settings. With experience spanning accounts, payroll, and operational coordination, she has developed a practical understanding of how financial processes directly support day to day business performance.

    At FLO Traffic Services, Tanè plays a key role in invoicing and payroll, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery across all projects.

    Her experience across end to end financial administration allows her to maintain strong cash flow discipline while supporting the operational team behind the scenes.

    Jameelah plays an integral role in payroll and accounts at FLO Traffic Services, helping ensure financial processes are accurate, organised, and run smoothly.

    Since entering the industry in 2025, she has quickly built a strong understanding of payroll and now manages this function as her primary responsibility, while also supporting day‑to‑day accounting tasks within the department.

    Detail‑focused and highly organised, Jameelah enjoys problem‑solving, particularly when resolving discrepancies and streamlining processes. She values clear communication, reliability, and being someone her team can rely on, and is known for being approachable and easy to work with.
